A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the laundry room.

Street, driveway or garage parking is available.

• Oversize vehicles may park on the street or alley driveway.

• If you have a trailer you may park in front of 4803 and 4801.

• Remember to lock your doors if you park on the street or in the driveway.

• The garage door opener is located on the entry table. Please return it there when you check-out.

The house is equipped with a smart thermostat which is located in the living room next to the TV.  If you have problems, you can message us and we can adjust it for you remotely.

The thermostat should always be on the HOME screen which shows the date and time, outdoor temperature, indoor temperature and whether the thermostat is in heat or cool mode.

To adjust the thermostat:

• To change modes, use the touchscreen to choose the SYSTEM tab and then select HEAT or COOL.

• From the HOME screen press the arrow up or arrow down button to adjust the temperature.

• Press the FAN tab and make sure the fan is set to AUTO mode only.

An extra blanket is located in each room in the drawer at the foot of the bed.  Throw blankets are located on each chair in the living room.

A remote control is located near each television. The remotes are paired to the specific TV and controls the entire TV. To turn the TV on and off, press the button located on the upper left corner.

There are towles in the sauna for your use.

You can turn the inside light on by pressing the toggle switch above the temperature control panel

To change between Celsius or Fahrenheit press the button on the control panel

To turn on the heat, press the white On/Off button on the control panel

To adjust the temperature, press the up/down buttons on the control panel

Set the timer by pressing the up/down buttons on the control panel

Troubleshooting:  If there is no power, check the south wall GFI outlet in the garage. If it is red, press the reset button for the sauna to work.

The grill is available for use anytime of year. We make every effort to check the propane level, but sometimes we forget. If the grill is out of propane, please let us know so we can deliver a new tank.

To light the grill:

• Turn the propane tank on

• Turn the burner knob to the light position

• The burner will ignite

• If the burner doesn't light, there is a lighter in the kitchen drawer you can use to light it.

Please make sure to clean the grill and turn the propane tank off after use

An alarm clock and soothing sounds machine is provided for your convenience in the King and Queen rooms

• To turn on, press the POWER button

• To change the display brightness, slide the dimmer switch on the left side of the clock

• To change the LCD brightness, press the CONTRAST button

• To adjust the volume, rotate the VOLUME dial on the left side of the clock

• To adjust the radio channels, select AM/FM and rotate the TUNER dial on the right side of the clock

• To listen to sounds, press the SOUND THERAPY button and then press the desired sound button

• To use sleep mode, press the SLEEP button until the desired sleep time is reached (15, 30, 45, 60 or 90) then press the desired sound button

The flex brew coffee maker brews K-Cups or drip coffee using the carafe.

Ground coffee and filters are located in the cabinet above the coffee maker. A variety of K-Cups, tea bags, sugar, artificial sweetner, and creamer are provided.

To use the coffee maker, select the BREW STRENGTH then select SINGLE or CARAFE.

If making a single cup, fill the cup you are going to use up with water and pour it into the appropriate tank.  If making a carafe, fill the carafe with water and pour in the appropriate tank.

Press BREW NOW.

In order to provide guests with a wide range of entertainment options during their stay we offer Fire TV with hundreds of free streaming stations, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, Max, and Amazon Music.

Additionally, you can log into your streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).  Remember to sign out before you go!

Towels are located in both bathrooms in the cabinet. There are two large and two regular towels in the master bathroom, and five regular towels in the second bathroom.

Extra toilet paper is located in the cabinet of the master bathroom and the bottom vanity drawer in the second bathroom.  An extra role of paper towels is located in the laundry room on the shelf above the trash can.

A hair dryer is located in the master bathroom in a lower drawer.

A small space heater is located under the sink in the master bathroom.

The gym is available for you to use during your stay. The gym consists of a sauna, free weights, Rogue rack, and a GHQ machine.  Please put equipment back after use.

The iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room. The ironing board is located between the wall and washer/dryer and the iron is located on the shelf above the trash can.

Several board games along with cards and dominos are located in the drawers of the entertainment center in the living room.

An stovetop and electric kettle is located in kitchen. Look in the lower cabinet on the right side of the sink.

A humidifier is located in kitchen. Look in the lower cabinet on the right side of the sink.
