House Information

McKinley House is a 1,774 sq. ft. three bedroom, two bath house located in a friendly, safe neighborhood just minutes from downtown, I-40, and I-27. We know it's expensive to travel, so we've done our part to keep costs low for you. We don't charge a deposit or cleaning fee because we trust you will take care of our house. When booking, guests always get a private stay and:

Why pay for what you don't need?

Our pricing is based on the number of guests staying, so whether it's just you, or a bunch of you, we got you covered without breaking the bank. McKinley House sleeps up to seven guests comfortably with two in the King Suite, two in the Queen Room and three in the Double Room.

Our base price includes two guests.
After two, additional guests are $20.00 per person/per night. You can add guests here.
Please make sure you include all guests when booking as we use an indoor monitoring device to detect the number of people present and cameras outside the house to monitor the property.

Pet parent?

No problem, we are too! Up to two pets (dogs or cats) less than 50 lbs. are welcome. Pets aren't allowed on furniture or bedding and guests must clean up after their pet. Review the House Rules to see the full Pet Policy.

The pet fee is $25.00 per stay. You can add a pet here.
